These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law and apply to all commercial relationships, existing or future, established between 6CLONIK and any individual aged at least 18 years and possessing full legal capacity, in connection with an order placed via the website https://www.6clonik.com. 02 – Validity of Offers
Commercial offers for products sold on this site are not permanent. The validity periods of offers published on 6clonik.com are clearly indicated on the relevant pages. These offers are also subject to product availability.
Promotions and discounts offered on the website and/or via email newsletters are only valid if the order total exceeds the conditions of the offer after any returns.
In the event of immediate unavailability or stock shortages, despite the seller’s best efforts, the customer will be notified by post. 6CLONIK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded. All prices are stated in Euros and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). These prices reflect the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. Purchase offers are restricted to adults who have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
03 – Essential Product Characteristics
Products available for purchase are described in the product descriptions provided on each item listing. Photographs provide a general view of each item; slight color variations may appear due to the display settings of the user’s device. Available sizes are clearly indicated in list format. A size guide is available on the website.
04 – Order Validation
The customer confirms their order after checking the box “I have read and acknowledged the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.” By doing so, the customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and agrees to accept them without reservation.
The customer will receive an email confirming the registration of their order without undue delay. Processing and shipping will then proceed accordingly.
05 – Proof of Transaction
6CLONIK will retain, in archived form, a copy of the order confirmation email as evidence — unless duly justified objection is raised by the customer — of the date, subject matter, and terms of the order, in accordance with the Act of March 13, 2000.
06 – Payment
On 6clonik.com, orders may be paid by credit or debit card bearing the “CB” logo (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), by cheque, or by bank transfer (for French customers only). When paying by card, the customer provides the 16-digit card number, the expiry date, and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card near the signature area (CVV). The website http://www.6clonik.com uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system. Banking data is encrypted and does not transit in plain text over the internet.
In the case of payment by cheque or bank transfer, the sale will only be finalised upon receipt of payment.
07 – Delivery
The average delivery time is 4 to 7 business days depending on the destination, calculated from the date of dispatch. The dispatch date will be communicated to the customer by email.
The delivery times indicated above and on our website are provided as estimates and correspond to generally observed delivery timeframes. In all cases, items are delivered to the shipping address specified in the order. To avoid missed delivery notices, customers are advised to provide an address where the parcel can be received during business hours. The seller cannot be held liable for delivery delays during peak activity periods such as sales seasons or year-end holidays (due to postal network congestion), or in cases of force majeure. Events considered as force majeure, releasing the seller from its delivery obligation, include: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and inability to source raw materials. Goods travel at the sole risk of the recipient. Customers are advised to inspect their parcels upon delivery.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or other taxes may be levied independently of the shipping costs charged at the time of dispatch. In such cases, the applicable legislation of the destination country shall apply.
08 – Statutory Warranties
Statutory Warranty of Conformity: All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L211-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is obligated to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation where these are the seller’s responsibility under the contract or were carried out under the seller’s supervision.
Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code: To conform to the contract, goods must:
- Be suitable for the purpose ordinarily expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
- Correspond to the description provided by the seller and possess the qualities presented to the buyer by way of sample or model;
- Exhibit the qualities a buyer may reasonably expect based on public statements made by the seller, the manufacturer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;
- Or possess the characteristics jointly agreed upon by the parties, or be suitable for any specific purpose sought by the buyer that was made known to the seller and accepted by the latter.
Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code: Claims arising from a lack of conformity are subject to a limitation period of two years from the date of delivery.
Warranty Against Hidden Defects: All our products are covered by the statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold that render it unfit for its intended use, or that so significantly diminish its use that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price, had they been aware of these defects.
Article 1648, paragraph 1, of the Civil Code: Claims arising from latent defects must be brought by the buyer within two years of the discovery of the defect.
09 – Right of Withdrawal, Exchange, and Refund
The customer has the right to withdraw from and cancel their order in accordance with Article L121-21-2 of Act No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 – Article 9 (V). If an item is not satisfactory, the customer may exchange it or request a refund.
The customer may return their parcel to 6CLONIK within fourteen (14) days of receipt, without prior notice, to the address stated below.
The customer may also notify 6CLONIK of their decision to withdraw or cancel within fourteen (14) days of receiving the ordered items (or the last item received in the case of split deliveries). This notification may be sent to Customer Service by letter or email. Following this notification, the customer has fourteen (14) additional days to return their parcel to the following address:
6CLONIK, Docks de Ris, 91130 Ris-Orangis, FRANCE.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all components included (instructions, accessories, etc.), accompanied by the delivery note included in the parcel. Returns sent freight collect or cash on delivery, as well as damaged or incomplete items, will not be accepted.
In the event of a return due to an error attributable to 6CLONIK, return shipping costs will be reimbursed (the customer must retain proof of postage). This applies in particular to cases of incorrect product references at the time of packing, missing or defective items, or items offered as substitutes for out-of-stock or long-delayed products. In all cases, returned items must be accompanied by the delivery note and returned within the applicable timeframe to the address stated above.
In the event of a refund: The customer will be refunded the full amount paid, including outbound standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which 6CLONIK is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw (Article L121-21-4 of Act No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 – Article 9 (V)).
The refund may be deferred until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

12 – Disputes
In the event of a complaint or dispute, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable resolution prior to initiating any legal proceedings, it being noted that this period does not suspend any applicable limitation period. All disputes shall be governed by French law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
13 – Legal Information
The provision of personal data collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, as such information is essential for the processing and dispatch of orders, as well as the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts. Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), the processing of customers’ personal data has been declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL). In accordance with Article 34 of the Act of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting 6CLONIK directly. Customers may also, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of their personal data.
